This holiday house with high ceilings, large windows and well-lit rooms is beautiful. The open kitchen is combined with the living room. A bathroom and an extra toilet are available in the house. Along with 4 bedrooms, the alcove provides an extra facility to sleep. A loft with a ladder to sleep and low ceiling is best suited for children. This house is comfortable and well equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. You can enjoy plenty of sunlight, fresh air and barbecue in the evenings on the partly open terrace. You can also prepare delicious dishes with fresh fish. The house is located close to one of the best and child-friendly beaches of Denmark. The beach has beautiful dunes. Enjoy the bright, intense light in the peninsula that arises due to the surrounding water. The sunlight reflects on the water surface to create an illuminated atmosphere. You can visit the nearby art museum, play tennis and golf or go fishing on the coast. Enjoy the beautiful nature by walking or cycling. You can get the feel of a geological park in the glacial headlands of Odsherred. Along the grave mound street you can find graves and tombs that date back to the stone age and bronze age. There are remains of the forest village of Ulkerup and the Hempel Glass Museum in this region which are nearly 300 years old. A replica of the sun chariot found in the moors of Trundholm moses is placed in Odsherred Museum. You can take a look at the Lommesten rocks as well as the castle of Naesholm Borg located on a small island in lake Nygård Sø and situated between Hojby and Nykobing. In Odsherred you can also find a nature school, where you can learn to catch sea trout, go on butterfly safaris, take expeditions through forest and explore the forest with troll and fox trips. Your children will be excited to visit the Odsherred Fire Museum. Visit the Sjaelland Adventure Land located nearby, the galleries typical of Odsherred and the Dragsholm Palace built in the 12th century. Havnebyen is the only proper fishing harbour with boats and a small fish smoke house. Even fishermen on recreation can enjoy fishing in this region. You can enjoy shopping and visit the coffee houses in Nykøbing Sjælland. Seal safaris are available in the harbour of Rorvig. You can sail from Rorvig to Hundested and reach Copenhagen by a ferry in just an hour.

    “Dejligt hus, meget rummelig. Der var lidt koldt i stuen da vi ankom. Satte den elektriske varmeovnen til. Vi så nærmere på varmluftblæseren og så at filtret var helt sort af støv, hvilken var årsagen til den manglende varme. Da vi fik rengjort det blev der dejligt varmt.
    Vi savnede en gammeldags gulvklud, og salt og peber, samt et par flade fade.”
