Original house obtained from the restoration of an ancient water mill . Equipped garden with oven and barbecue. To the property belongs a small lake. We suggest visiting Spoleto (15 km) with the Festival (end of June- beginning of July). On request: painting and cooking lessons, typical Umbrian dinners. The last 700 m of the access road are unpaved road, of which the last 40 m are a steep.
