Holiday home located in the island’s interior with a small pool


This house is located barely a kilometre from the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and has a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains.

The house with its living area of approximately 90 m² offers space for up to six people. All rooms are on one level. It consists of two bedrooms, one of 15 m² and the other of 20 m² in size, which have a double bed each. The spacious living and dining area with kitchen section offers you two sofas, a dining table and all the necessary cooking utensils such as a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave on 40 m². The bathroom has a shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The house has heating / air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living area.

The house was renovated in 2010. It also has a storage room. Two cars can be parked in a garage.

From the roofed terrace, you have access to the sun terrace with a small swimming pool. You also have a great view from here. Adjoining the terrace is the grill/barbecue area.

The area is the ideal starting point for hiking of any kind. Just 100 metres from the house is a bus stop and, from here, you can easily reach all the places on the island. The town with its bars, restaurants, shops, doctor, bakeries and a petrol station is barely a kilometre away.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert: Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist ein Traum! Der Besitzer ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Er wohnt nicht im Ort, ist aber per SMS immer erreichbar. Als wir ankamen, standen Mandarinen und andere nette Gastgeschenke auf dem Tisch. Das Haus ist zwar einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber. Nur vier Punkte, da es etwas oberhalb von St. Bartolome liegt, etwas zu weit, um zu Fuß die Brötchen zu holen. Ich würde das Ferienhaus für die etwas wärmere Jahreszeit, ab Mitte Februar, empfehlen. Aufgrund der Höhe ist es wesentlich kühler als an der Küste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”
