The location of the house is ideal for a relaxing vacation and for exploring the Lazio region: Rome (25 min train ride, train station about 8 km away), Lake Bracciano, the Castelli Romani, the ancient hamlets of the Colli Albani and the magnificent 16th century villas are waiting for your visit. In half an hour by car you can reach the beautiful beach of Fregene (about 30 km). The house has a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity and a biomass system for the production of hot water and heating. Golf course Olgiata 10 km, the thermal baths of Tivoli 60 km away.
