    “Modernes relativ neues Haus mit einfacher, aber praktischer Einrichtung. Ruhige Lage, allerdings auch abseits von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 6 KM). Seitlicher Blick auf das Meer, welches ebenfalls ca. 6 KM entfernt ist. Schöner Pool und gepflegter Kakteengarten. Der wesentliche Nachteil des Hauses besteht darin, dass es eine starke Hanglage hat und sich die Räume über 3 Etagen erstrecken. Der Pool liegt nochmals eine Etage tiefer. Für Gäste mit Behinderung daher nicht geeignet. Kostenloses WLAN vorhanden, akzeptabler Empfang allerdings nur in der oberen Etage. Garage nur für Kleinwagen geeignet.
