This well-maintained villa is surrounded by picturesque nature and is within easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches on Majorca. The home affords spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, almond trees and the nearby village. It boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room provides access to the covered terrace area. Just a few steps away is the private outside swimming pool, which is a fantastic spot for relaxing on a hot summers day.     “Die Finca ist wunderbar. Sie ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist schön groß. Das Grundstück allerdings ist sehr ungepflegt, weit und breit findet man keines in einem solchen Zustand. Schade, es ist eigentlich ein sehr großes, gut bewachsenes Grundstück, das man leider nicht nutzen kann. Die Finca liegt sehr abgelegen (was uns sehr gefallen hat), ein Abend- oder Nachtspaziergang ist aufgrund der vielen privaten Jagdreviere nicht zu empfehlen. Es wird geschossen.”

    “Sehr ruhig gelegene und gepflegte Finca, aber dennoch relativ verkehrsgünstig. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Randa und den Sant Salvador, den Radfahrerhotspots. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen, große Küche, zwei Bäder je eins im EG und im Obergeschoss und gute Schlafräume mit ausreichend bequemen Matratzen.”
