    “Super Wohnung, alles neuwertig und sauber. Haushaltstechnisch vollständig eingerichtet; was sich aus der Beschreibung so nicht ergibt. Tolle Seesicht. Nachbarwohnungen sind noch nicht vermietet, was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist.

    Kritisch ist einzig die Parkplatzsituation. Entgegen der anders lautenden Auskunft auf unsere explizite Anfrage stehen nicht ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Parken auf der serpentinenartigen engen Bergstraße ist wirklich kein Vergnügen. Die Situation dürfte sich bei zunehmendem Bezug der Wohnanlage verschärfen.”
