    “Entgegen der 5 Sterne Wertung von Novasol, die auf eine gehobene Ausstattung hinweist, ist dieses Objekt samt Interieur so veraltet wie die Fotos des Ferienhauses. Unser Anreisetag war der 12.09.2020 und wir verbrachten ihn mit der Reinigung des doch sehr verschmutzten Hauses. Das komplette Bettzeug musste ausgetauscht werden, da es von Fäkalflecken bedeckt war, andere Gäste hatten diese bereits angekreuzt. Sauna und Whirlpool waren aufgrund der Verschmutzungen nicht nutzbar, ebenso war weder die Dusche noch die Toilette gereinigt worden. Wir waren schon am ersten Tag enttäuscht und dementsprechend frustriert, Urlaub sollte eigentlich mit einem Lächeln beginnen.
