    “Man genießt einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und in die Berge. Die Ausstattung ist älteren Standards, was aber nicht heißen soll, dass es an etwas fehlte. Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen Kachelofen der vom Bad aus befeuert werden kann und so eine wohltuende Wärme abstrahlt. Als alternative Heizmöglichkeit ist eine Elektroheizung in jedem Raum integriert. Infomaterial,TV, Gesellschaftsspiele, Malbücher, Kerzen, jegl. Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Handtücher uvm. sind vorhanden. Das Auto kann in einer großen Garage geparkt werden, eine Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Im Garten steht ein Grill und eine Sitzmöglichkeit ist gleich daneben. Das Objekt steht oberhalb des Walensees.”
