Large Breton long house with a large garden in a rural location

This typical Breton longhouse, built in 1900, is made up of the holiday home and the owner's house and sits on a 3000 m² garden property, about one kilometre from town. It is an ideal property for families or large groups of friends, who are looking for peace and quiet amidst a natural setting.

The renovated 130 m² house can accommodate nine to eleven (maximum) people. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall and the large living room with a cosy sitting area and a dining table at the fireplace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a toilet. Five bedrooms with sinks are located on the top floor. They are furnished with three double beds, three single beds and a child's cot. Furthermore, you will find a family room and two bathrooms upstairs one of the bathrooms boasts a shower and a toilet, the other one a bathtub. The laundry room offers a washing machine and a dryer.

The beautiful, large garden has a playground, outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a high chair and a child's cot. Two additional guests can be accommodated upon request. Two extra beds are available. The house boasts wireless internet access free of charge.

There are numerous hiking trails in the area. It is only two kilometres to the beaches of St.-Jacut-de-la-Mer and five kilometres to the beautiful ocean resort St-Cast-Le-Guildo. Restaurants and shops can be found in town.

    “Das Haus war super, die Kinder 4 und 9 Jahre alt konnten rumtoben es war sehr viel Spielzeug vorhanden. Auch unsere 2 Hunde fanden es toll, konnten sich da frei bewegen.
    Wir waren zu siebt: fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Haus war sehr groß. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Man hat sie nicht oft gesehen, Alle waren Begeistert. Der Preis war etwas hoch aber wenn man es sich teilt ist es in Ordnung.
    Immer wieder gerne.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, ein bretonisches Langhaus aus festen Steinen mit knarrenden Böden und Charme. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in der Küche braucht. Für Kinder gut geeignet, da eine große Wiese mit Schaukel und diverse Spielsachen vorhanden sind. Die Kinder können so ungestört spielen. Die Bäume spenden auch im Sommer genügend Schatten, um gemütlich zu essen und zu plaudern.
    Die sanitären Anlagen im Erdgeschoss sind zum Teil renovationsbedürftig, was aber nach Auskunft der Vermieterin diesen Herbst passieren dürfte. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet. Vorteilhaft ist schließlich die drahtlose Internetverbindung.”

    “Mycket fint hus och tomt där det mesta som behövs i ett hushåll finns. Kanske inte var städat till max när vi anlände men helt klart godkänt. Största nackdelen som jag ser det så var sängarna ganska korta så jag som är 190cm fick inte den bästa sömnen när man inte kunde ligga helt raklång. Det trådlösa nätverket var inget vidare snabbt men det är ju inte därför man åker på semester... Paret som hyr ut bor i samma byggnad men dom såg man knappt inte av så där fanns inga problem samt var de mycket trevliga, pratade dock ej engelska (mannen förstod lite).
    Ligger lagom avskilt med intilliggande åkrar och några grannhus, ung 10min gångtid från samhället som det inte händer mycket i eller fanns några butiker att tala om.
    Sammanfattningsvis kan jag rekommendera detta trevliga hus men du behöver bil för att ta dig någostans.”
