Holiday apartment in a quiet location with a roof terrace
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey house.
The apartment provides around 122m² of living space on one level, consisting of three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a very generous living and dining room and hall area, a separate kitchen and a separate utility room. It can accommodate a maximum of eight adults, whereby two have to make do with the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. A cot is available in one of the bedrooms and further little child’s beds can be set up in the bedrooms. A changing table and a highchair are available. The dining space can seat eight people and there is crockery and cutlery for 18 people. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, dryer, freezer, electric grill, coffee machine etc. The apartment has a variety of sitting corners with three flatscreen TVs.
There is a ca. 22m² roof terrace/balcony outside.
A maximum of three pets are allowed. If you are staying for 1-6 days, the fee per pet is 30 euros. From 7 days, the fee is 5 euros per day and per pet.
The apartment is only 300 metres from the south beach, but nevertheless quiet, right by the Greune Stee nature reserve. The nearest shopping facilities are about 600 metres away.
