The beach resort Fontane Bianche is located approximately 15 km south of Syracuse, an area characterized by sandy beaches and a picturesque rocky coastline. Fontane Bianche can be rightly referred to as one of the best known and most popular seaside resorts in the province of Syracuse. The rocky coasts are flat and walkable. The resort offers a bus service every 90 minutes to Syracuse.


The exclusive Villa Alberta with its private swimming pool for ten people is located on an independent plot about 30 meters away from the apartment Alberta and has a separate access road and a private parking area. These two different accommodations can be rented either separately or as a single object for twelve people.

The exclusive independent house Villa Alberta for ten people has a quiet location on a very well-kept property of about 2,000 sqm, with private pool and private garden, about 1,4 km away from the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche.


The elegant villa offers a spacious living area of 200 sqm on one level, which is furnished with various comfort for ten people. From the entrance door you reach a small cozy sitting area with a small bar. From here you have access to the impressive spacious living room with dining area, fireplace with sitting area and air conditioning. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and electric oven.


Sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a double bedroom. 3 bathrooms with shower / WC. Bathroom with toilet. Washing machine.


The well-kept outside area of the house offers the best outdoor facilities: the kitchen leads directly to a beautiful veranda, which is perfect for eating outdoors. Another small porch with outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue. In front of the the house there is another porch with outdoor furniture. Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden there is a swimming pool (12x9 m, open from 16/05 to 19/09) available to guests.


Parking for two cars inside the plot.


For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.


If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
