Surely the omnipresence of "round" which gives this character so cozy in this house. Cocooned in a shade of blue! This is a very comfortable house, located between Raissac and Canet d'Aude with an outside space well thought, so the first feeling generated is a good life.
About its environment, it is teeming with cultural interests. History has left many footprints here and it is easy to take a trip to the Roman city of Narbonne, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Romanesque Abbey Fontfroide, the village of Lagrasse and various Cathar castles.
Lovers of hiking and mountain bike trails are spoiled to choose a route between the shady banks of Canal du Midi, the steep paths of massive Clape and the Bages lakes especially beloved by birders.
Fans of seaside relaxation can indulge their hobby on one of three resorts offering huge strung of white sand beach : Gruissan the most lively, Narbonne Plage ideal for family and Leucate the most picturesque and the sportiest. All three are located within a radius of less than 40 kms.
This house of 130 m² with Hellenic influences revisited, is built on one level. It has a field of over 1300 m² with a pool area of 600 m², fully enclosed by walls Greek-inspired architecture. The pool is private and protected by an alarm. It boasts a south-facing solarium, a spacious patio of over 40 m² with a summer kitchen equipped offering a shaded dining area decorated.
Entrance, kitchen with dining area of 40 m², cozy lounge for reading and TV, the fire place for offseason, lounge with bay windows overlooking the pool, 2 bedrooms with bed of 160 (including 1 with en suite shower room), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate bathroom with spa bath, a shower and toilet, 1 separate toilet.
The house opens onto the fields and vineyards of the owner who offers a ride through the vineyards and wine tasting in the cellar. Opportunities also for massage wellness by the owner and for local culinary dishes. The owners speak English and Spanish. Parking on the ground. Sorry, pets are not accepted.

    Van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim assortiment keukengerei, ruim huis, netjes, zeer groot perceel, groot zwembad, gezellig, mooie buitenkeuken, mooi aangekleed, rustige omgeving, vriendelijke eigenaren, prijs kwalieit prima, werkelijk perfect!”

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Außenküche (inkl. Kühlschrank!) sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, daher ist der Weg zum Einkaufen etwas weiter. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”
