Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, flat screen and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, hatch. Exit to the garden. Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Small balcony. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort.     “Sauber, älteres Haus und Ausstattung, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Geräumig, gut abgetrennter Schlafbereich, Küche in der man auch essen kann. Kleiner Garten vor allem für den Sommer da sonst zu schattig, ideal mit Kindern. Im Untergeschoss wohnt ein älterer Mieter, der aber hilfsbereit war. Ruhig, aber Autos von anderen Ferienhausbenutzern fahren direkt vor dem Haus durch. Für unsere 3-Generationen-Ferien (Herbst) war es eine gute Sache!
    Fernseher müsste ersetzt werden, das ist ein alter Kasten, gewisse Sender hatten immer Störungen.

    Sehr schöne Aussicht vom eher schmalen Balkon, das Dorf liegt hoch gegenüber dem Maggiadelta. Man braucht für Einkäufe ein Auto (Busverbindungen vorhanden). Verschiedene schöne steile Wege führen in ca. 25 min an den See, wo sicher im Sommer Parkplatznot herrscht! Man muss gerne in steilem Gelände wandern wollen.”
