Above Bormes-les-Mimosas 500 m from the centre of Bormes-les-Mimosas, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Le Lavandou, 42 km from the centre of Toulon, in an elevated position on a slope, 5 km from the sea. Private: terraced garden, 4 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Terrace. 150 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, sandy beach "Le Lavandou" 5 km. Nearby attractions: windmill ruin - ruine d'un moulin à vent 20 m.     “Die außergewöhnliche Lage mit dem Rundumblick über die Hügel, das Dorf und bis zum Meer, mitten in einem natürlich gewachsenen Gelände mit Korkeichen und Wildblumen, war noch herrlicher als auf den Fotos. Besonders im Frühjahr wenn alles blüht und duftet, mag man das Gelände gar nicht mehr verlassen. Das Haus ist bequem eingerichtet, besonders die breiten Betten sind eine Seltenheit in Ferienhäuser.

    Der schönste Teil des alten Dorfes mit seinen Restaurants und Läden ist praktisch gleich um die Ecke, obwohl das Haus das Gefühl von Alleinlage gibt.

    Das Hausverwalter-Ehepaar ist zuverlässig und sehr nett, wir hatten allerdings nur bei der An- und Abreise Kontakt, da im Haus alles einwandfrei funktionierte. Das Haus haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden; man sollte natürlich nicht die Bausubstanz und Ausstattung eines deutschen Neubaus erwarten. Der Preis ist einfach der besonderen Lage geschuldet.”

    Prachtig verzicht over middellandse zee
    Het huis zelf is groot voor 4 personen
    De elektronische toestellen zijn verouderd, doch werken nog prima
    Heel groot privezwembad, enkel de filterinstallatie viel soms uit icm verlichting”

    “Die Lage: ein Traum! Mit grandiosem Blick über Bormes und Le Lavandu auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Riesiges, uneinsehbares Grundstück mit üppiger Flora. Das Haus: zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber bestens ausgestattet, alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Besonderes Lob für die Betten: groß und super Matratzen.

    Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch den Hauskeeper vor Ort.
    Poolheizung lohnt sich in der frühen Vorsaison nicht, da es nachts zu sehr abkühlt (guter Tipp von Fabricio). Heizung kostet 50€/Woche pauschal extra. Strom mit 15 Cent/kWh angemessen für die Côte d'Azur.”
