Ferienhaus im Garten, ohne störenden Verkehrslärm, der durch das Haupthaus größtenteils abgeschirmt wird.



Zentrumsnah mit nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt; eine der Hauptlinien der Städt. Verkehsbetriebe (Linie 902,911, Nachtlinie 935), deren Haltestellen ca. 50 Meter entfernt sind, fahren im 10 minütigem Rythmus in die Innenstadt. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt ca. 8 Minuten.



Ebenso bequem erreichen sie die nächst gelegene Autobahn-Anschlusstelle der A73 "Bamberg-Ost" in ca. 3 km Entfernung.



Im Umkreis von ca. 100 Meter sind größere Supermärkte, drei Bäckereien, ein Metzger sowie mehrere Gastwirtschaften (besonders ist das Café Abseits zu erwähnen) bequem erreichbar. Das Auto können Sie stehen lassen und sind trotzdem mobil!

    “Das Häuschen liegt ruhig in einem Innenhof. Der Bus hält wenige Meter neben der Haustür und man ist in 8 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Von den Nachbarn hört man leider doch mehr, da das Gartenhäuschen nur an das Nachbargebäude angebaut ist. Die Gastherme hängt in einem der beiden Schlafräume und ist beiden Schlafräumen störend zu hören. In der Nacht kann man zwar die Temperatur soweit runterregulieren, dass sie nicht anspringt. Dafür wird es dann im Winter nach einiger Zeit entsprechend frisch. Für Menschen, die nicht geräuschempfindlich sind und in der warmen Jahreszeit kann das Häuschen.
    Sehr freundlich und prompt war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der uns über alles persönlich informiert hat.”

Restaurant: Kachelofen - Der Kachelofen ist zwar meist gut besucht, bietet aber sehr leckeres fränkisches Essen mit Biergarten-Stimmung mitten in Bamberg Ausflüge: Klosteranlage Michaelsberg - Die Obstgärten rund um die Klosteranlage sowie der malerische Weg nach oben sind traumhaft anzusehen.”
