Holiday home (semi-detached) near Lunghezza ,14 km from Rom. Here you will stay in a delightful stone semi-detached house is set on the edge of the residential area of Castello di Lunghezza. The architectural features of this ancient building have been retained, so that here you can still enjoy the typical atmosphere of the Roman Campagna. One bathroom is equipped with characteristic wooden tub. The friendly and discreet house owners live in the back part of the house, so that the garden area with pool is for the guests only. The fascinating “Eternal City” Rome is only 14 km away. You will surely get fascinated by the architectural masterpieces of Italy’s capital town! The center of Rome is about 20 minutes away. By car, for those who do not want to drive, only 300 m from the house is the bus stop with links to Roma Centro, and a 4 km train station with train connections that in about 20 minutes take you to the center. 300 m from the house there are pizzerias, restaurants and shops of all kinds. A large shopping mall 5 km. Do not miss to visit the wonderful Villa d’Este (UNESCO world heritage site) belonging to the town Tivoli (8 km). Spa facilities are also 8 km away. For the jung guests: just 4 km away you will find to an adventure park in the nature. The location is ideal for exploring the wonderful city of Rom, but also for discovering this part of the Lazio region.     “Wir waren zu viert in diesem Haus, das perfekte Schlafmöglichkeiten für sechs Personen bietet. Im Innenbereich sind sehr viele antike oder auch alt anmutende doch moderne Details, die Spaß machen und für eine tolle Atmosphäre sorgen. Alle Geräte und, besonders wichtig im Sommer, die Klimaanlage haben tadellos funktioniert und waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die größte Freude bereitete uns der großzügige Außenbereich, die Liegen am sehr gepflegten Rasen, der große Tisch und vor allem der riesige Pool! Von den erwähnten weiteren Bewohnern dieses Doppelhauses war nichts zu merken. Der einzige Makel bei der Einrichtung waren die fehlenden Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich, dort ist nur ein Sofa für zwei. Das alleine hätte noch nicht zum Abzug eines "Hauses" bei der Bewertung gereicht, da war noch die organisatorische Missinformation der Verbrauchsabrechnung. Es wird nämlich nicht nach Verbrauch, sondern ein Fixpreis verrechnet. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert!”
