This detached villa is situated in the interior of the Côte d'Azur in a small town northwest of Cannes.

The former farm from 1930 was last renovated in 2013 and boasts five bedrooms: three are furnished with a double bed each (160, 140, 140 cm) and two with two single beds (90cm) each. There are three bathrooms with a shower stall, a bathtub and two toilets. The living room is a great place to relax. Enjoy the comfortable sofa or the armchair in front of the television. For your entertainment, there is a flat screen television with satellite reception, which receives foreign language channels. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a four burner stove, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and a microwave.

You will surely enjoy the 10.000 m2 property surrounded by oak, olive and palm trees. The pool (secured with an alarm, child friendly steps and sun loungers) and the adjacent pool house with cooking facility will also bring a lot of fun to your holiday. There is a Boules court where you can enjoy a game of Pétanque. The kids will love the secured trampoline and more.

This is a very special property: the natural setting, the comfort and the pool.

In the vicinity, you can enjoy hiking trails, restaurants and shopping facilities (within 2km). We highly recommend a trip to Saint Tropez, the Mediterranean (20km), the quaint towns of the Haut Var or the sights, such as the Verdon gorge and the Abbaye du Thoronet.
