The well-maintained vacation property is located in a cottage settlement. The large natural plot is shared. The wooden house is simply and comfortably furnished with mixed furniture. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of Lake Dadaj (300 m). Water sports equipment can be rented from the owner on the beach for a fee. About 5 km from the house you can rent riding horses (Ramsowo). There is also a common playground. We also recommend a visit to Biskupiec (18 km).

    “Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Allerdings sollte die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer dringend gegen eine neue ausgetauscht werden. Man spürt jede Feder und falls man schon Rückenprobleme hat, könnte es kritisch werden. Es fehlen Staumöglichkeiten. Im ganzen Haus nur eine kleine Kommode.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist o.k., wenn man von der fehlenden Mikrowelle absieht.
    Die Lage ist idyllisch, weit genug entfernt vom See um dem Rummel ( Disco, Badelärm u.a. ) zu entfliehen aber dicht genug, um zu Fuß zur Badestelle und zum Bootsausleih zu gelangen. Der Zuatand ist i.O. Gagefenster und Sonnenschutz sind überall vorhanden. Einige Dachundichtigkeiten wurden beim Regenschauer bemerkt, sind aber beim Vermieter bekannt und sollen abgestellt werden. Vermieter zwecks Kautionsrückzahlung und Abnahme bei Reiseende vollkommen unkompliziert. Hausmeister sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit; weiß immer zu helfen. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, bis auf ein paar kleine Stellen an den Duschwänden, die wohl der Feuchtigkeit geschuldet sind und überarbeitet werden sollten. Insgesamt Terrasse und Holzhaus = nette Ferienwohnung.”
