Two comfortably furnished holiday apartments with their own terrace, in a quiet location but still near the centre and the ski pistes


The house with its two holiday apartments is in a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by greenery.

The house has two holiday apartments, each of 55m², ideal for two to four people. Both apartments have an identical layout and interior. They are on the ground floor and each has its own entrance. They have their own independent gas heating.

On the southern side, both apartments have a beautiful terrace with a dining table. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with deckchairs for sunbathing, a swing and a slide for small children, and a barbecue. There is also a reserved car parking space available.

The final cleaning and the car parking space in the garage are included in the rental price.

From the house it is about a five-minute walk to the centre, and about ten minutes to the “Miara” ski pistes at Kronplatz. There are shops, restaurants and public transport connections in the vicinity. Here you can spend a relaxed holiday, enjoying the beautiful nature and all kinds of sports offered by the mountain.

Holiday apartment for four adults and a small child


The living room is spacious and light, in a country style with natural wood furniture and very comfortable. It has a beautiful corner bench with a large table, as well as a couch that can be converted into a single or a double bed. The TV has satellite channels. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, sink and full sets of crockery and cutlery for up to eight people. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, bidet and washing machine. Hand and bath towels are provided. The light double bedroom is also furnished comfortably with natural wood furniture. Bedlinen is provided. A cot can be added on request. The entrance area is functional, with a wall cupboard and a shoe cupboard.

    “Das Haus liegt sehr schön außerhalb des Stadtkerns, umgeben von viel Grün und blühenden Blumen sowie mit Blick auf die Berge. In die Stadt läuft man 8 Minuten und von dort aus fahren Busse zu vielen Tour-Ausgangspunkten. Kleine schöne Läden und Restaurants gibt es in St. Vigil einige.”
