This original Dalmatian terraced stone house is ideal for the holiday for smaller families and provides the perfect base for a relaxing escape away from the stresses and strains of day to day life. The property enjoys a wonderful location in the middle of the Dubrovnik Riviera. Its interiors are modern and - as it is positioned on a hill - you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic sea view from the terrace, on which you will find a whirlpool bath. The house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a toilet. Brsecine is a small authentic Dalmatian village and there is a lovely pebble beach just 5 minutes drive away. The stunning medieval town of Dubrovnik, with its numerous cultural attractions and events, is just 20 minutes away by car. Minimun ceiling height is 120 cm.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist genauso ausgestattet, wie es beschrieben ist. Viele kleine Accessoires runden das liebevolle Ambiente ab. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig. Einerseits gibt er den Blick in die Weite frei, andererseits kann man den Schiffsverkehr zu den vorgelagerten Inseln bei einem Glas Wein oder vom Jaccuzzi aus verfolgen. Der Limettenbaum neben der Haustür spendet Schatten, so dass wir auch unter ihm frühstücken könnten. Der Besitzer war mit allerhand Ausflugstipps und Vermittlung einer Bootsfahrt stets zuvorkommend um das Wohlergehen bemüht. Das zeigte sich schon nach der Ankunft -einer doch langen Autofahrt -durch einen prall gefüllten Obstteller. Ein netter Willkommensgruß. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch zum Wechseln ausreichend vorhanden. Auch das Putzen nach einer Woche wäre möglich gewesen, wurde aber von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen.”
