Holiday apartments in a house with a great garden, terraces and a lawn

The house is within a beautiful garden that is charmingly laid out. Neue Tiefe is a little island village in the south of the island, with plenty of nature and a fresh breeze.

The terraces and lawn are ideal for relaxing or grilling in a leisurely atmosphere. You can smoke in the outdoor area. Each apartment has a free parking space right by the house. Child beds and highchairs are available for use free of charge. There is space to store bicycles, prams and other equipment.

The proximity to the town of Burg invites you to go strolling and shopping. You can visit the romantic fishing harbour just 600 metres away, or the lake about 100 metres away. The Burgtiefe south beach is within a ten-minute walk. If you prefer to go by car then there are free parking spaces there. A special feature is the pool with waves by the south beach. There is also a new leisure and wellness pool right by the south beach, just 800 metres from the house.

    “Sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem tadellosen und immer sauberen Zustand, die wir schon seit Jahren im Urlaub bewohnen. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Man findet bei den Vermietern stets ein offenes Ohr und Zeit für einen Plausch. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Adresse weiter.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was eine Ferienwohnung haben muss. Generell ist die Wohnung modern, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Esstisch ist durch die große Fensterfront lichtdurchflutet und verfügt sowohl über genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten als auch ausreichende Multimedia. Das großzügige Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon bot Platz für Kleidung und war ebenfalls sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Gegen Aufpreis ist Bettwäsche erhältlich. Das Badezimmer reichte für zwei Personen ebenfalls vollkommen aus. Die Küche bot alles, was man zur Selbstverpflegung brauchte, von Herd und Backofen, über Mikrowelle, bis hin zu allen möglichen Küchengegenständen war alles vorhanden und in bestem Zustand. Auch das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles in allem also eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail.

    Wie bereits angeführt, war die Wohnung stilvoll, modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Der Zustand war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Preis-Leistung war absolut top. Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, können wir hier nicht allzu viel Aussagen.

    Im kleinen Ort "Neue Tiefe" gelegen, waren sowohl Strand als auch der größere Ort Burg (mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar - mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung.

    Abschließend ist die Offenheit und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter hervorzuheben, die für Anmerkungen immer ein offenes Ohr haben. Man wird herzlich und liebevoll empfangen und fühlt sich sofort heimisch.”
