Spacious Holiday Home in Romo Jutland with Sauna

This holiday cottage has a sauna and an outdoor whirlpool, and a wonderful view of the sea. You can enjoy the view from the whirlpool, while you have full privacy. Enjoy the 30 m2 large activity room equipped with billiard, dart, table football and TV with video game console. The house has a minimalistic design and exquisite materials. There is a modern kitchen with open connection to the dining section and living room. From the living room you can access the 150 m² terrace. Access the outdoor whirlpool from one of the bathrooms, where you also find the sauna. The whole house has floor heating and is heated efficiently and energy friendly with geothermal energy. There is a 20 m2 covered area outside where you can barbecue not matter what the weather is like. The house is within short distance of restaurants, shops and golfing. This is an allergy friendly house. No pets allowed. No letting to youth groups.

    “Schöne und vielseitige Ausstattung mit Sportgeräten und Außenwhirlpool. Das Haus ist hell, kann gut beschattet werden und liegt schön mit Blick ins Watt. Bäcker oder der Ort sind fußläufig oder mit Rad leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Die Nebenkosten (Wasser , Energie) finde ich hoch.
    Einige Dinge sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie das Sofa oder Teile der Gartenmöbel. Aber das war OK. Wenn das Haus mal von 10 Personen bewohnt würde, sollten mal wieder ein paar Tassen und Gläser oder auch ein Topf oder Pfanne gekauft werden. Wir waren zu viert. Das war es egal.
    Nicht in Ordnung war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft. Der Backofen war dreckig und verlebt. Auf dem Schlafboden türmte sich der Staub und wir haben Socken von Vormietern gefunden. Richtig eklig war der Grill, der angesichts der Fettschichten wohl Jahre nicht gesäubert wurde. Das habe ich dann übernommen, da ich sonst kein Essen draufgelegt hätte. Asche und Dreck stand Eimerweise auf der Terrasse. Das darf nicht passieren.”
