This well-equipped luxury holiday home is situated on a large plot with a lawn and just 350 m from a wonderful sandy beach. You can relax in the living room with a good movie or music from the music center. The living room has an access to a partly covered terrace which is surrounded by a windbreak and is furnished with good garden furniture. The pool division has a 15 m2 large swimming pool and a whirlpool with room for 2 persons. You will also find a sauna. There are a swing and sandbox on the plot. This house has plenty of comfort and is suitable for use throughout the year. There are good fishing possibilities in the area. Indoor public pool and playground (closed in the winterseason) in the area.
