It is about 50 metres to the beach, down 44 steps. The centre of Trogir is within walking distance, about 1.1km away. It is about 300 metres to the nearest grocery shop and about 400 metres to the nearest restaurant. Information brochures about trip destinations are available in the rooms.

The two-room apartment has a sea view. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a cupboard and a dresser. The living room has a fold-out sofa bed and so can also be used as a bedroom. Satellite TV is available and there is a safe for valuables. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, which can be booked in addition. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster, stove and oven, and a fridge. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
