Charges for additional services on site are only given approximatelyon spot it has to be paid in local currency CZK. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Relax outdoor at the terrace with garden furniture. The playground with swing makes children's hearts beat faster. The campfire place promises romantic evenings. Your holiday house: Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 13 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The rooms are divided as follows:

Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV, radio and with wood-burning fireplace. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler.
Top floor: 2 Bedroom each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Pets: not allowed.
Location: Horní Planá, district Jenišov, 740 m above sea level. The holiday house built in 2007 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. Using snow chains in winter is obligatory. At the holiday house there are 5 car parking spaces at your disposal on the property.
