Two comfortably furnished and quietly situated holiday apartments with a garden, ideal for experiencing the Bavarian forest in summer and in winter

The house with its two holiday apartments is very quietly situated at the end of a private road amidst the mountain village of Rabenstein.

The house comprises two comfortably furnished holiday apartments for three and seven people respectively.

The big garden provides garden furniture with a parasol, a grill area, a table tennis table, a Wendy house and various play equipment. Parking spaces are available right in front of the door free of charge.

The owners are aktivCard Bayerischer Wald hosts and therefore with your guest card you receive up to 170 free services, e.g. free entry to the Zwiesel leisure pool and other pools in the area, the Bayerwaldsauna in Zwiesel, free bike or e-bike hire, free ski or snow shoe hire, free ride with some cable cars in the area etc.

Many hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails can be accessed directly from the house in a short time. The bus stop for the town and ski bus is about 50 metres away. The king of the Bavarian Forest, the Großer Arber, is about 18km away, the longest treetop trail about 35km and the National Park Centre Falkenstein with its animal enclosures and Haus zur Wildnis is about 8km from the house. You can get to many destinations free of charge by bus and/or train with the guest card.

Holiday apartment for two adults and a child, with a terrace

The cosy two-room apartment features naturally oiled carpentry furniture and washable floors. There is a double bedroom and a bath with a shower in the apartment. The WC is separate. The bed is equipped with natural mattresses and bedding. The floor is made of natural cork. The living room-kitchen provides a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a stove, toaster, fridge, coffee machine etc. A third person, depending on the age, can sleep either in a junior bed or a supplementary bed.

The living room-kitchen opens onto the terrace with garden furniture.

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, alles was man als Selbstversorger braucht war vorhanden, bis auf eine Mikrowelle. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wer die ruhe liebt ist genau richtig in Zwiesel. Der Garten mit Grill ist gepflegt.”

    “Für das Preisverhältnis war die Wohnung ganz ordentlich, sauber und für die Hunde optimal, da sie sofort auf die Wiese konnten. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Waren nicht das letzte mal da. Für Kinder auch schön.”
