On a beach plot directly to the Baltic Sea is this exciting activity house of 127 m & # 178; with 50 m & # 178; independent annex with two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with TV. There is an outdoor hot tub as well as an outdoor shower area. In the activity room you can play billiards and table tennis. The house's interior design also includes the very small holiday guests with a cot and high chair. There are three bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and access to the sauna. The crackling fire from the stove can be enjoyed indoors for a cozy get-together. In the kitchen there are two microwaves / combi ovens. There is also air / air heating / air conditioning. 150 m & # 178; large terrace for barbecue and sunbathing as well as relaxation and a further approx. 20 m & # 178; is covered. The area has good fishing water, both if you fish from the beach or use waders. Playing in golf, there is an 18-hole golf course in Maribo by the lake area, which has a tour boat in the summer. Attractions on Lolland, Falster and Møn can be Knuthenborg Park & amp; Safari, Crocodile Zoo, Nykøbing Falster Zoo and the Medieval Center as well as Møns Klint. Approx. 5 km to Rødby, from where you can sail to Puttgarden and do some shopping for daily consumption. Not for rent to youth groups.
