Die Villa liegt eingebettet in einem Komplex von fünf eigenständigen Häusern,direkt am Meer (120m) und ist sehr privat. Das Haus ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es liegt im Hang und hat daher von jedem Raum und von den verschiedenen Terassen Meerblick. Die Terasse ist erhöht und ist ausgestattet mit Sonnenliegen, einem Eßtisch und Stühlen und einem eigenen Meerwasserpool, sowie Kinderpool.
Die Villa hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit en suite Badezimmern und Abstellraum im Erdgeschoß, sowie einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener voll eingerichteter Küche, Kamin und extra WC im ersten Stock. Der erste Stock hat einen direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich. Das nah beigelegene Hotel Istron Bay bietet Roomservice und verschiedene Restaurants, sowie Wassersport an.
