    “Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, für Erholungssuchende ideal. Allerdings ist die Wohnung SEHR spartanisch ausgestattet, um jede Kleinigkeit muss man bitten (keine Küchentücher, Geschirrtücher vorhanden - erst auf Bitten ein Tuch bekommen), um die Kaffemaschine muss man bitten, ebenso Toilettenpapier und andere selbstverständliche Dinge. Es ist eigentlich nichts vorhanden, was eigentlich für eine FeWo selbstverständlich sein sollte - jedenfalls in der Preislage (850 € die Woche). Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht gemütlich (z.B. keine Bilder oder kleine Dekoartikel).

    “Die Lage des Objekts ist gut. Es ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Überdachter Parklplatz! Absolute Bestnote dafür! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist direkt auf das Meer und traumhaft! In ca. 5-10 Gehminuten gelangt man zum Starnd. Der Strand ist felsig, es gibt jedoch eine Kleine Bucht mit feinem Kies und flachem Zugang zum Meer. Gut für Kinder! Schattenplätze in den Pinienwäldern gibt es mehr als genug. Am Strand war sogar ein kleiner Verkaufsstand mit Getränken, Eis, etc. Top! Das Appartment selbst ist Standardmäßig und funktionell ausgestattet. Deshalb ist das Appartment mit Kindern aus unserer Sicht nur bedingt geeignet, da ab ca. 22:00Uhr totale Stille herrscht?! Zum chillen und lange ausschlafen aber genau das richtige. Auch die Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäcker,etc.) sind in ca. 10Min Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist nach Standard ausgerüstet und bietet alles was für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche benötigt wird.
    Die Vermieterin war sehr nett :-)”
