Our Vacation house is located 18 km from the historical city of Tabor (southern part of the Czech republic), in typical Czech village named Sudomerice u Bechyne. The house has two floors, and was build around 1920, recently generally reconstructed and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people.
The house is fully fenced, and offers possibility to park 2 cars within the front yard and one car inside the garage.
The total living area of the Holiday house is around 160 m2 (1.700 square feet). Inside the house you will find two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, two toilets, three bedrooms and two living rooms. In the main floor is well-appointed kitchen with basic equipment for recreational staying (stuff, microwave oven, refrigerator…).
The holiday house is sorrounded by 1.200 m2 (1.400 square yards) garden with summer pool 3,5 x 7 meters and outside fireplace with sitting area, where you can enjoy outside grilling.

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .
20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
