Beautiful stone house on hilly dune plot and only 300 m from the North Sea. From the upper part of the property you have a beautiful view of Ringkøbing Fjord. The house is constantly renovated and therefore looks very well maintained, with modern furniture and good equipment. You will find a spacious living room/kitchen area with beautiful wooden floors and good light, exceedingly cozy with a fireplace and beautiful nature right outside the door. From the living room you can see the wellness area with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The house is energy efficient and thanks to the heat pump that heats the pool and living room, the energy consumption is low. The house also has a partially covered south-facing terrace, which can be used especially in the summer months. For anglers there is a 120 l freezer and a filleting place outside. Bedroom 3 is adjacent to the wellness area and offers a flat screen for DVD's or the PS3.
