Rurally located, big stone house with its own pool and terrace, near the river Le Chassezac
This detached holiday house provides ample space and is therefore an ideal holiday residence for a large family or group of friends. The stone house was built in 2010 in the traditional regional style and stands on a 2000m² plot of land in rural surroundings.
The house has 260m² of living space and can accommodate twelve people. The spacious living room (50m²) on the ground floor has a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and a TV, as well as a big dining table. The modern kitchen also has plenty of space and is fully-equipped. On the lower floor there are also a bathroom, a WC and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The other bedrooms are on the first floor. Two each have two single beds (90cm wide), another has a double bed (160 x 200cm), and on the mezzanine level there is another sleeping room with six single beds (90cm wide). A second bathroom and another WC are also available.
Parking spaces are available and there is a big garage for three cars. The outdoor area consists of a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There is also a private pool bordering the terrace.
The ground floor of the house is flat and is wheelchair accessible.
It is just 100 metres to the Le Chassezac river, where you can go fishing and swimming. With its sandy beach it is also ideal for children. You can canoe down the Chassezac gorge and nearby there are the famous Ardèche gorge and Vallon Pont d’Arc.
