On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, ceiling height 240 cm, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm), 1 sleeping facility. Bath/WC. Gas heating. Porch 18 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the mountains, the forest and Alpi Apuane. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 19.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 11 km.

    “Im Grunde ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Gute Ausstattung auch in den Kleinigkeiten. Ruhig gelegen, aber mit guter Verkehrsanbindung nach Camaiore. Gebucht haben wir zu 2 Familien mit 5 Personen nebst größerem Hund. Das Grundstück ist sehr gut eingezäunt. Dadurch gab es auch entspannende Tage, da der Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Die beiden Schlafzimmer, sowie die Bäder, sind fast identisch, sodass keiner sich benachteiligt fühlen muss. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleinere Mängel während des Aufenthaltes wurden promt erledigt.

    Warum gibt es nur 4 Sterne? In den Schlafräumen, die im Erdreich halb eingebettet sind, sind leider die Wände (auch die Innenwände) im unteren Bereich feucht. Es riecht nach Schimmel. Ein Luftraumentfeuchter wurde Dauerinstalliert. Dies ist aus unserer Sicht allerdings keine Lösung auf Dauer. Der Reiseveranstalter zeigte sich kulant. Danke dafür. Dennoch wollen wir das Problem ansprechen, in der Hoffnung, dass der Eigentümer reagiert und den Mangel auf Dauer beseitigt.

    Denn auch wir würden gerne wiederkommen.”

    “Tolles Haus, schöner Garten, der Blick ist atemberaubend! Der aufgestellte Pool reicht für eine Erfrischung völlig aus. Top ausgestattete Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Dorfladen gegeben, fußläufig von unserem Objekt war eine Trattoria, die den Puls des Liebhabers intalienischer Küche hochschnellen lässt... ;)”
