Farmhouse with a garden, pool and mountain view

The completely renovated, 200-year-old farmhouse is on the outskirts of Sarrians in a quiet location and within sight of Mont Ventoux.

It provides 250m² of living space. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen (about 12m²) that is well-equipped and a big dining room (about 45m²). There is also a living room (about 35m²) with a stereo system, French TV, a reading corner and an open fireplace. The first floor has three light and inviting bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm). There are also three bathrooms and another living room with satellite TV and an antique bed. The second floor has a 40m² family room with a double bed 8180 x 200cm), a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (160 x 200cm).

You can relax by the saltwater pool and under the shade of an old plane tree. The garden furniture comprises three dining tables with a total of 13 chairs with cushions, six loungers with cushions, three deckchairs and a parasol.

The holiday house is an excellent starting point for cultural trips, such as Orange with its theatre, Avignon with the papal palace, Arles with the Arena and Vincent van Gogh, Aix en Provence and the university and a great flair, the cultural capital of Marseille with its harbour. There are also natural highlights such as Luberon (gorges), Les Dentelles (climbing), Mont Ventoux (cycling, night hiking), Vaucluse (fountains and wells, such as Fontaine de Vaucluse). Two bicycles are available for use and it takes ten minutes to cycle to the village to go shopping (baguettes, fresh croissants). The supermarket is two kilometres away (fresh daily fish) and there is a Provençal market in another town every day.

    “Maison superbe avec beaucoup de charme. Spacieuse, elle a pu accueillir notre famille de 9 personnes sans problème. Malgré la forte chaleur ( 40 ° toute la semaine ) la maison était un havre de fraîcheur.
    Equipements remarquables. Rien ne manque, tant en cuisine que dans les autres pièces.
    Belle piscine, elle aussi bien équipée.
    Charmante attention : 2 bouteilles de vins locaux nous attendaient en signe de bienvenue.
    Toute petite remarque : la télé était réglée sur les chaines allemandes et nous n'avons pas su trouver les chaines françaises. Pas grave ! on ne l'a pratiquement pas regardée, à part les résultats du Tour de France !

    “Sehr gepflegtes Haus (sowohl Haus als auch Gartenanlage und Salzwasserpool), Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und gut telefonisch erreichbar, Haus sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Putzmittel, z.T auch Gewürze, mehrere Handtücher (sowohl im Bad als auch separate für die Poolnutzung), mehere Liege-/Sonnenstühle, Spielzeug und Luftmatratzen für den Pool, 2 große Kühlschränke, 2 Holzkohlegrills (sogar Kohle und Grllanzünder waren da, WLAN funktioniert fast im ganzen Haus (schwächelt ein bisschen wenn 8 Nutzer zeitgleich sind, geht aber auch.
    Ferienhaus ist auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet (Poolbereich ist gut abgegrenzt, Brettspiele etc. vorhanden) Grundstück ist komplett von einer Mauer umgeben.
    Urlaub mit Hunden ist kein Problem, wir hatten 2 dabei.

    Beschreibungen und Anweisungen des Vermieter gut verständlich und Tipps sehr hilfreich, Anweisungen und Schlüssel wurde per Einschreiben zu geschickt (doppelter Schlüsselsatz).”
