In the resort Porto Azzurro, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Barbarossa" 800 m. Golf course 10 km, riding stable 3 km. Less than 10 minutes walk you reach the 'Barbarossa' beach or the promenade of Portoazzurro where there are unique and quaint shops and restaurants.

    “Ausstattung: Alles soweit vorhanden allerdings mit den folgenden Mängeln:
    Schlafsofa verunreinigt und die Matratze auch für ein Kind unbequem, da durchgelegen.
    Kühlschrank nur durch Gewalt zu schließen und von außen abgeschlagen und verrostet.
    Extrem laute Geräuschentwicklung (Nachts!) beim kühlen des Kühlschrankes sowie des Warmwasser Boiler.
    Schlafzimmer geprägt durch die unbequemen Matratzen, den Geräuschen des Boilers und Kühlschrank, der direkten Lage zum Hausaufgang der anderen Etagen.
    Badezimmer zu eng, sehr kleine Dusche ohne Verstellmöglichkeit der Brause und Ablagemöglichkeit.
    TV vorhanden allerdings keine deutschen Sender zu empfangen.
    Lage: Wie beschrieben, allerdings der steile Berg wurde nicht erwähnt.
    Parkplatz: keiner direkt zugewiesen und teilw. von anderen Anwohnern belegt.
