Villa Dalmatia is in a quiet and sunny location on a slope by a bay near Okrug Gornji, which is a traditional Dalmatian town on the island of Ciovo and lies geographically in the centre of the Dalmatian region. Villa Dalmatia is a beautiful family house facing south and accommodate up to nine people within its living space of 90m² on two floors. It was renovated in 2007. The villa has a total of four bedrooms, of which two have double beds and two have two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has air conditioning. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room total 26m² and provide satellite TV, a DVD player and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bathroom on the upper floor also has a washing machine. From the living room and the kitchen you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta.
The upper floor provides a 32m² terrace with an awning and outdoor furniture, from which you can enjoy a lovely view over the garden and nature. The courtyard consists of small gardens and also has a heated pool measuring 8 x 4 metres (heated). An outdoor shower, barbecue, parasols and deckchairs are provided.
The house is just 150 metres from the sea and the beach. There are sandy and rocky beaches. The coast is rocky and next to it there is the beautiful promenade of Ciovo island. The water is crystal clear with pleasant temperatures. The beautiful nature and atmosphere are ideal for a quiet family holiday. In the locality there are a grocery shop, a restaurant and a café and in the area there are quiet bars, discos, restaurants, casinos, leisure facilities, wellness, a children’s playground, diving, tennis, jet skiing, or you can hire a boat to visit the neighbouring islands. A doctor, post office and larger supermarket are about a kilometre away. If you prefer nightlife and more entertainment, you have to go to the larger towns such as Trogir and Split. Trogir is just two kilometres and Split thirty kilometres away. Split airport is eight kilometres away. There are car rental services near the airport.
