Der Agriturismo liegt auf den Hügeln des Chianti, von wo aus man den Fluss Arno und die für die Umgebung typischen Olivenhaine und Weinberge bewundern kann.
Zur Verfügung steht Ihnen ein Swimmingpool zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Der Agriturismo ist von einem 3,5 h großen Stück Land umgeben, auf dem Obst und Gemüse angebaut werden. Auf dem Grundstück leben auch die Stute Carlotta, die Eselin Morellina und das Pony Mina. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
Der Agriturismo liegt 500 m über dem Meeresspiegel und befindet sich in der Nähe des hundertjährigen Waldes Vallombrosa. Es ist der ideale Ort für jeden, der eine ruhige Umgebung sucht, aber gleichzeitig nicht auf Kultur verzichten möchte. Kunststädte wie z.B. Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggione und Arezzo befinden sich unweit der Ferienwohnung. Wer gerne einkauft, findet nur wenige Kilometer von der Ferienwohnung entfernt The Mall, eines der größten Markenoutlets in Italien.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, a living room with fireplace, a sofa bed for two people, a television and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
Outdoors there is a garden pavilion, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a roofed area with garden furniture.
