    “Das Haus ist sehr modern und stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Der Pool ist toll!
    Das Haus liegt abgelegen im ebenso abgelegenen Dorf Sant Joan. Genau diese Abgeschiedenheit haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein Auto ist aber unerlässlich.
    Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Kaffeemaschine (Filterkaffeemaschine). Wenn man ein Freund des guten Kaffees ist, dann hilft diese Kaffeemaschine nicht wirklich weiter.
    Die Schlüsselübergabe sowie die Abnahme verlief äußerst unkompliziert.”

    “Wir hatten sehr schöne 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett und bemüht. Es lief alles reibungslos.

    Eine kleine Anregung hätten wir. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Sitzplatz auf der riesigen Terasse überdacht wäre, bei Regen hat man leider keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, obwohl es angenehm warm ist.”

    Selbst eine Garage gehört zum Objekt.
    Die Vermieter wohnen am Ort und sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Die Vermietung über Atraveo lief problemlos.

    “Die Ausstattung der gebuchten Unterkunft war sehr gut. Badetücher, Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Wir wurden freundlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse mit voller Sicht auf das Dorf. Im Obergeschoss steht eine Tischtennisplatte, diese haben wir oft genutzt. Die Bäder waren sehr schön und sauber. Es gab 3 Toiletten und 3 Duschen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Das Objekt verfügt über einen Pool der sehr toll ist und er hat Salzwasser.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Ort. Super sauberer Pool, nachts automatische Reinigung. Tolle Küche. Tor und Garage mit Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Modernes Inventar, Betreuung vor Ort schnell und nett. Sauberkeit okay. Naturgrundstück gepflegt. Sehr großzügiges Anwesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 600 Meter. Paukenschlag am Nachbargrundstück beeinträchtigt Sauberkeit des Pools in der Terrasse, eben Naturgrundstück.”
