Holiday house Smokovec

This old, but traditionally and functionally renewed holiday house is located in the center and pedestrian area of the picturesque city of Vrbnik. The house extends over three opened floors joint with internal stairs. On the ground floor is a living room with a kitchen, and on the lower and upper floors there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with a shower. TV-SAT and air conditioning are available to guests. Pets are allowed. The house is only few steps from the church, souvenir shops, wine cellars and restaurants with traditional food and wines of the island. The distance from the beach is about 400 meters. The house is not accessible by car (pedestrian zone), but there is a parking 300 meters away.

    “Unter diesen Umständen, obwohl die Wohnung super war, würde ich das nicht mehr buchen. Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Betten waren neuwertig, super geschlafen.
    Die Wohnung hatte erfüllt was Sie versprochen hatte. Der Hausschlüssel war uns nach ein paar Tagen abgebrochen, wir haben schnell und unkompliziert Ersatz erhalten. Negativ: Parkplatz: Ich hatte für zwei Pärchen mit Hund gebucht. Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt das nur ein Parkplatz mit im Preis inbegriffen ist, wir mussten für das zweite Auto 150€ Parkgebühren extra bezahlen.. Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, das der Parkplatz ca. 200 m entfernt ist und einen Höhenunterschied von ca. 50m hat. Es war nach jedem Ausflug ein mörderischer Aufstieg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung. Es war kein Grill vorhanden.”

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Freundliche Abwicklung. Allerdings sind weder das Haus noch die Altstadt für gehbehinderte Menschen und Kinder im Kinderwagen zu empfehlen. Positiv: Schöne Lage in der Altstadt. Strände auch nicht weit.”

    “Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse in der Altstadt von Vrbnik. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert und tatsächlich gem. den Bildern neu- und hochwertig renoviert und ausgestattet. Wissen sollte man, dass man erstens nicht mit dem PKW vorfahren kann und Gepäck ca. 300 m durch die Altstadt von Vrbnik rollen muss und, dass der 20 m entfernte Kirchturm von 6:00 bis 10: 00 Uhr die Tageszeiten und Gottesdienste durchläutet. Uns hat allerdings beides nicht gestört. Wir werden noch mal hinfahren!”
