Comfortable and beautifully furnished holiday cottage for 5 persons centrally located in Nerja, Andalucia

This holiday cottage features approx. 100 m² of living space and is located in the heart of Nerja, only a few metres away from the famous “Balcón de Europa“ viewing point and from the beach.

The cottage features two large bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds and the other with one single bed. The light flooded bedrooms enjoy a quiet atmosphere and have bedside tables and a built-in or standard wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a south-facing balcony that offers a sunny and quiet space for relaxing moments.
Shelves and chests of drawers are also available, and there is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace and two sofas. Each sofa can seat three persons and one of the sofas can be converted into a bed for two. The living room also has a ceiling fan and 32 inch LED television. The fully equipped kitchen includes multifunction oven, ceran cooktop, washing machine, fridge/freezer combination, extractor hood, kitchen appliances and a large dining table. Furthermore, this holiday cottage boasts a sunny balcony with French doors and a table, chairs and rocking chair. The two bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs. Hot water is generated from solar energy. Most of the cottage has white marble tile floors. Wifi internet access is available to guests.

The holiday cottage is located close to Nerja’s museums and near the Plaza de España. You find all the important facilities including pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

    “Für uns (3 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) war der Platz völlig ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber für diesen Preis kann man einfach keinen Luxus erwarten. Dafür war die Wohnung sauber, es gab genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Lage der Wohnung ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt - sehr zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen., so dass wir nachts gut schlafen konnten. Man gelangte in wenigen Minuten zu allen Geschäften und natürlich el balcon de Europa mit mehreren Stränden. Es war nicht einfach, in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. Es gab da eine Parkgarage, die uns zu teuer war. Deshalb haben wir unser Auto meistens auf dem großen kostenfreien Parkplatz hinter dem SuperSol-Supermarkt - gute 10 Minuten Fußweg, was für uns ok war. Der Besitzer war total nett, nicht aufdringlich, hat uns ein paar gute Tipps gegeben. Ich würde auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Wer zentral wohnen möchten, keinen Luxus sucht, und keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.”
