Spacious holiday house with a patio and a garden in a quiet location near the family friendly beach of Lodonnec

This holiday house, built in 2008, is located in Loctudy in southern Britany. It is quietly situated away from the mail roads and is accessed via an 80 meter private road. It is only a ten minute walk from the beach of Lodonnec.

The detached and beautifully furnished house offers abundant room for up to six people on 130 m². The large living space on the ground floor is composed the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with two comfortable sofas and the dining area. One of the four bedrooms and a toilet are also located on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the washing machine can be found in the basement. A staircase grants access to the mezzanine and the top floor with the remaining three bedrooms. One is furnished with a 160 cm double bed, the second one offers two single beds (width of 90 cm) and the third one is furnished with a 140 cm double bed. The second bathroom offers a shower, two sinks and there is also a second toilet.

The house has a southwest facing patio and an 800 m² beautifully planted garden, enclosed with hedges and a gate. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture für six persons, four sun loungers and a barbecue. An awning offers welcome shade. The property offers parking for several vehicles.

Four bikes are available free of charge.

The house is close to beach of Lodonnec - just a few minutes on foot and you are there! It is protected from undercurrents and strong winds, making it ideal for families with children. A gourmet restaurant and a crêpe shop can be found near the beach. It is about 2.5 kilometres to the centre of town, where you can find shops. You can easily bike into town to run your errands. Hikers will enjoy the close proximity to the hiking trail GR 34.

    “Gute Ausstattung: wohnlich, aber funktional und praktisch. Gute Lage: Laufentfernung zu Stränden, allerdings zum Ort eher Rad- oder Autoentfernung. Toll: 2 Räder vorhanden, aber Radfahren mit Kindern nicht empfehlenswert (keine Radwege). Sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis i.O.”

    “Die Ausstattung, das Mobiliar, der Garten und der Zustand des Hauses waren tadellos und geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Es war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wunderbar. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und hatten genug Platz, auch für Fahrräder und Strandutensilien in der Garage. Der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere Morgencroissants haben wie teilweise mit dem Fahrrad in der Bäckerei geholt oder auch im Auto wenn eiliger war. Zum Einkaufen im größeren Supermarkt musste man definitiv mit dem Auto fahren.”
