The four-star maisonette apartment can accommodate six people within about 140m² of living space. The lower floor of the luxurious maisonette holiday apartment measures about 80m² and consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower cubicle with a sauna function, a guest WC, a living room with satellite TV and access to the dining room for eight people. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a bar with stools. The modern kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, digital ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc, as well as all the necessary accessories for cooking and dining. Air conditioning, a grill, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, bedlinen, hand towels, kitchen towels etc are provided. The highlight of the upper floor is a breathtaking panoramic sea view from the spacious living room, through a particularly wide window. On this floor of around 60m² there are also two bedrooms and another bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The living room in the attic measures around 40m² and can be used as another bedroom.
This floor also has two balconies with beautiful sea and panoramic views over the whole bay of the “Zupa Dubrovacka”.
