This detached, air conditioned holiday home, built in 2004, is located in a housing complex with a swimming pool. It is located only a few kilometres from a fine sandy beach, in between the city of Tavira and the Spanish border town of Ayamonte.
The living room is furnished with a television, a DVD player and a stereo, two sofa beds and a coffee table. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and more. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed, the other one offers two single beds (width: 100 cm). The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The house has three patios. One is covered and shady. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. One of the other patios is furnished with a wooden table and offers beautiful ocean views. The housing complex offers a community pool, a restaurant, a supermarket, which is open year round and breakfast roll delivery.
It is only five kilometres to the beach of Manta Rota. The fine sandy beaches span over several miles. A market is held daily (mornings) in town. It is twelve kilometres to Tavira and Ayamonte.
