The holiday house is in Veliko Brdo above Makarska in the little hamlet of Prodani. The holiday house was fully renovated in 2015 and provides everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. When the owners started the renovation, they ensured that the villa has everything that a villa with a pool should have today. No matter how secluded the house is, it is excellently equipped and the owners are very proud of that. The villa has drinking water from the public water supply and in front of the house it also has its own rain water that is suitable for drinking. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen and dining room in one room, a WC and stairs. The new kitchen, fitted in a retro style, is made of 100% natural oak wood and is equipped with a four-ring gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment, extractor fan, full kitchen utensils, tableware and condiments. The dining table is suitable for four people and with the extra chairs from the bedrooms it can be extended for up to eight people. The living room has a three-seater sofa and an armchair for four people. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed measuring 155 x 200cm. A TV Sony 125cm diagonal is positioned so you can view it from the living and dining room. Apart from Croatian TV programmes, more than 500 satellite channels are available. The TV has an Internet connection, so you can also watch YouTube and other Internet content. The living room has a big fireplace with all the necessary accessories for cosy evenings. By the house entrance there is a built-in safe where you can store all your valuables. The whole floor is air-conditioned to cool it off in summer months. But if you come during the colder months, the villa has a fireplace, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and central heating. The whole villa has free Wi-Fi reception only for its guests. Stairs lead up from the ground floor to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a shared balcony/terrace. Both rooms have a bed measuring 160 x 200cm, sufficiently large cupboards, a flatscreen TV with Croatian TV and satellite channels, more than 500 in total. One room has a new iron bed with a retro dresser made of wood and a cupboard. The second bedroom also has a new retro bed and a cupboard made of solid oak wood. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, a light switch accessible from the bed, USB connection next to the bed for charging phones, and an Internet connection. The bathrooms are fully fitted with all appliances and a shower bath, as well as a washing machine. On the first floor you can find an iron and ironing board, DVD player, radio-CD etc. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, including on the first floor. To heat the first floor, apart from the air conditioning, there is central heating in the bedrooms and bathroom radiators in every bathroom. The whole villa has new PVC windows with triple glazing, offering excellent thermal and sound insulation.

The two rooms on the first floor open onto a little terrace/balcony for four people. The terrace has a table with chairs and an awning and affords a view of the islands Brač and Hvar as well as the peninsula Pelješac. When you are in front of the house, you see on the left side a garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables that the owners plant according to ecological farming principles. When the fruit is ripe, you can sample and eat it free of charge. The courtyard is surrounded by a fence and there are two gates for access. One entrance leads to the stairs and the other along a path suitable for carts for luggage transport. When you arrive into the courtyard in front of the door, you see a beautiful stone terrace with a view of the sea and islands, with a small garden that is full of flowers in season. On the east side of the house there is a big stone table with stone benches, a grill and a stone washbasin, with natural rain water that you may drink. Over the table there is a roof with natural vine shade. Next to the outdoor area and grill there is a taverna where the owners make homemade wine. Next to the taverna there is a beautiful heated pool (open 13.04. – 26.10.) only for the use of villa guests, around which there is new stone called St. Peter and whose appearance creates the impression it has been there for centuries. The heated pool has been covered with a glass mosaic foil, a perfect combination. Next to the pool there is a wooden terrace with seating. When you get out of the pool onto the terrace, the water is pressed between the panels so you are always dry. Next to the terrace there is a large solar shower with hot water constantly available. Below the pool there are four sun loungers made of natural solid wood. There is a private secure parking space for a car in the hamlet Prodani, which is between the houses. A 150-metre-long concrete path leads to the villa, which is illuminated. The owners have carts for easy luggage transport. The very fact that you cannot get directly to the house by car makes this villa a perfect place to relax in nature. The villa is suitable for guests who would like to stay in nature without a car or traffic, but it they need the car it is only two minutes away. It is also possible to hire a boat for six people from the owner in addition on request.

There are two fenced parking spaces 100 metres away. It is possible to drive up to within 100 metres of the house. A boat for six people can be hired from the owner on request.

Everything you need is within 5-15 minutes by car (town centre 3km, beach 1.5km, supermarket 800m, restaurant 800m…). The beach is pebbled. Hiking paths and cycle paths start right from the house. In the north there is a view of the Biokovo mountains and to the south of the sea and islands. The house is suitable for those who would like the special feeling of when people connect with nature.
