Two apartments close to town and beach with terrace and large shared pool with kids area

In the small fishing resort of Moraira is this villa with two holiday apartments. It is located in a residential complex with large shared pool only kilometres away from the town centre and beach. Surrounded by vineyards and five golf courses the apartments are an ideal holiday domicile for water rats, bathing beauties and golf enthusiasts.

Every apartment has its own furnished terrace. Parking spaces are provided. Part of the residential complex is a large communal pool with kids area, a bar and restaurant. Countless sporting activities like for example tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis or billiard are offered.

The apartments have WLAN internet access which is subject to charge.

A supermarket is 500 metres away from the villa. In close proximity there are five golf courses. Moraira has got a small and cosy historical centre, nature beaches, cliff lined bays and sandy beaches. The castle is the landmark of the town. Even during the summer weeks there is enough space at the beach. The town has a modern marina where water sport facilities are provided for sailing, water ski, jet ski, diving and fishing. Of course one can rent boats.

Air conditioned holiday apartment with own terrace

The 70 m² large apartment on the ground floor is air conditioned and offers space for six people. The living area has a sofa corner with a sofa bed for two people and SAT TV with German programs. An open kitchen with dining area is adjacent to the living area which is fully equipped. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second two single beds. The bathroom, where one is able to also find the washing machine, has a shower and toilet.



The apartment has a furnished own terrace from where you have a view towards the pool.

    “Logement très bien équipé, la propreté : le ménage à l'arrivée été moyen (sous les lits). Terrasse trop petite pour en profiter à 4. Logement bien situé, avec piscine commune très bien entretenue, personnel du bar sympathique. Propriétaire sérieux et très sympathique.”
