Holiday apartment in a nature reserve

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1988, renovated in 2018 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. The landlord lives in a separate building 500 m from the property. Canoe. Storage room for bicycles and with drying system. Summer kitchen. Outside grill is available for use from CSR BOS 026 and CSR BOS 027.

Bechyně, 350 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The house is well maintained and is suitable for a beach holiday. The house is still the object CSR BOS 026 (for 2 people), near the rented house owner nor the object CSR BOS 002 (2x available, each for 4 people). From the plot of the river Luznice is achievable. The holiday house stands on the river Luznice and is located in a nature reserve under the Dobronice Castle in South Bohemia near the spa town of Bechyne. It is an important European place. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Fishing without a license is only possible in the pond in Milevsko, about 19 km from the object. Cost about 15 CZK per hour. In other places, the appropriate fishing conditions are observed.In summer: river Lužnice 100 m in Dobronice (beach with meadow). Bechyne: tennis 6 km and golf, mini golf each 7 km. fishing, boat rental each 50 m in Dobronice. horse riding in Stare Sedlo 4 km. The owner is ready to do and buy with a fishing license.In the winter: Ski area 35 km (Monínec). ice skating in 19 km. Lipno nad Vltavou ski trails with 70 km away. Zadov ski resort 60 km away.
