3-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor, west facing position. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Large living/dining room with sliding door with dining table and cable TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/shower, hydro massage shower. Floor heating. Balcony 15 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit einem großen Wohn- / Essbereich und Küchenzeile. Direkt am See gelegen ist sie sehr ruhig und dennoch nur etwa 50 - 100m vom Zentrum entfernt. Der große Balkon lädt bei jedem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Die Verkehrsgeräusche sind jedoch in der Wohnung trotz ihrer Nähe nicht wahrnehmbar. Alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der See lädt zum Spaziergang oder zum joggen ein. Entspannung pur!”
