Barceloneta (little Barcelona) is a former fishing village. Its history dates back as far as 1753 and the village is packed with interesting restaurants and bars. This 5 kilometres long stretch of Mediterranean beaches is the place where the people of Barcelona like to relax.
The apartments are only 150m away from the beach in the former fishing village of Barceloneta, right in the centre of Barcelona and only a short walk from the trendy Born district, the Gothic Quarter (historic town centre) and the famous Ramblas promenade.
Each holiday apartment has been recently renovated and is modern and fully-equipped with everything you need for your holiday or on your business trip. Each apartment hosts a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and cold drinks, a living room with a dining table for three persons, a double sofa bed, television set with satellite receiver and DVD/CD, air conditioning and heating as well as free-of-charge internet via WLAN. The apartments benefit from their own separate balconies. There is no elevator. The roof terrace is exclusively for the use of our guests and offers a stunning view of the city and the sea. Clean bed linen and towels are, of course, provided.

This beautiful, completely renovated, apartment combines old with new materials. Stone, stainless steel and glass round off the modern design, making this the ideal place for your holiday. The rooms are bright and benefit from their own separate balconies with sea view. Roof terrace for sunbathing with a panoramic view. There is a bedroom with a large 1.60x2.00 m double bed, a 1.60x2.00m sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Equipment: satellite-TV, DVD/CD, air conditioning, heating, microwave, WiFi internet. Unfortunately, there is no elevator.
Suitable for 3 persons or 2 adults with 2 children. Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge. A baby cot can be provided on request and is also free of charge.
