The home is located on one of the large lakes in the popular Eight Lakes area in the Southwest part of town and meets guest expectations to the fullest.
Villa Tiamo is surrounded by manicured tropical landscaping with palm trees and other mature plants. The interior design with its pleasant light color scheme is a showcase for contemporary furnishings. An elegant sectional is the centerpiece in the spacious living room, which offers serene views of the pool area. The fully equipped, white-on-white kitchen with breakfast bar makes cooking fun during your vacation. Enjoy the home-cooked meals either in the sun-lit dining room overlooking the beautiful front yard, or even better on the inviting patio. Three individually designed bedrooms and two and a half baths provide comfortable accommodation.
The pool area impresses with a harmonious layout and beautiful design, which includes attractive pavers throughout. The covered patio offers a dining set and lounge chairs perfect for relaxation. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy a traditional barbecue at night. Both pool and spa feature an electric heater and can be used any time of year. The pool area and the boat dock offer plenty of room to set up the lounge chairs and work on your tan. That’s what a vacation in Florida is all about!
Why not rent a boat during your stay? It’s no problem to start out from the dock and head towards the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the barrier islands can only be reached by boat, like Cabbage Key with its original restaurant or picturesque Cayo Costa. A boating license is not required in Florida, and for many guests these boating excursions are a highlight of their stay in the Sunshine State.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
